SERVICES

MercyWorks provides faith-centered services designed to meet both immediate needs and long-term restoration. Through housing and utility assistance, food support, counseling, workforce and education resources, and guidance in navigating social services, we help individuals and families stabilize during times of hardship. Every service is delivered with compassion, dignity, and hope—walking alongside each person as they overcome barriers, regain stability, and move forward toward self-sufficiency, purpose, and wholeness.

Programs

At MercyWorks, every act of help is a fresh start. We believe in second chances, clean slates, and the power of starting over. Whether it’s a warm meal, a safe place to sleep, or guidance through hard times, we’re here to offer more than just support—we’re here to offer new beginnings.

Housing Assistance

MercyWorks provides guidance and support to individuals and families seeking stable housing. Our team assists with applications, referrals, documentation, and connections to shelters, transitional housing, rental assistance, and long-term housing resources. We walk with clients step-by-step to help secure safe and sustainable housing solutions.

Utility Assistance

We help households maintain essential services by offering support with utility relief, payment assistance navigation, and referrals to local programs. Our goal is to prevent utility shut-offs and reduce the burden on families experiencing financial hardship.

Food Pantry

Our food pantry offers nutritious groceries to individuals and families in need. Through compassionate service and a welcoming atmosphere, we provide fresh, shelf-stable, and emergency food resources to help reduce hunger and support overall well-being.

Social Services Navigation

MercyWorks assists clients in accessing vital community, state, and federal programs including SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, disability services, and more. Our staff provides personalized guidance to help clients understand eligibility, complete applications, and connect to the support they need.

Counseling Support

We provide faith-based emotional and spiritual support to individuals and families dealing with stress, grief, trauma, or life transitions. Services may include counseling, referrals to licensed clinicians, support groups, and Christian mentorship to promote healing and wholeness.

Job Search & Employment Support

MercyWorks helps clients pursue meaningful employment through résumé assistance, job search guidance, interview preparation, and connections to workforce partners. We focus on building confidence, skills, and opportunities that lead to sustainable employment and financial stability.

Education & Lifelong Learning Resources

We offer support for individuals seeking educational advancement—from GED preparation and tutoring to referrals for college, vocational training, and certification programs. MercyWorks helps clients overcome barriers and pursue the education needed to achieve career and personal goals.

Community Outreach & Support Services

Through partnerships with churches, organizations, and volunteers, MercyWorks provides community events, workshops, prayer support, and resources that uplift and strengthen families. We work collectively to meet practical needs while sharing the hope of Christ.
